Punching and Pressing
We specialize in providing in-house manufacturing solutions tailored to your motor component punching and pressing needs. Our facility is equipped with a variety of machines, including stamping presses, hydraulic presses, and a pneumatic presses, . This range allows us to take on diverse projects with both precision and flexibility. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions our skilled estimators and engineers take the time to understand your specific requirements and help identify the most practical, efficient, and cost-effective way to get the job done right.
Automated Robotic Press Line Facility
Our manufacturing unit is equipped with a fully automatic robotic press line consisting of 16 industrial robots and 15 press machines, designed to deliver high productivity with consistent quality. The press machines support bolster sizes ranging from 1000 × 550 mm to 1250 × 800 mm, allowing us to handle a wide variety of components with precision.
The robotic system includes a combination of 4-axis and 6-axis robots, enabling smooth material handling, accurate positioning, and flexible movement across different operations. This advanced automation ensures improved cycle time, reduced manual dependency, and uniform output, making our production reliable and scalable for high-volume requirements.
